    99% of my shipping experience with Shankara has been without issue even though glass bottles are being shipped from Maryland to Wyoming. Last month my bottles arrived broken due to inclement weather conditions. I reached out to Shankara and notified them of the broken bottles. Without delay, I received a lovely email from the support department notifying me that a new shipment was being shipped.
