Gina Preziosa is the Vice President of Sales at Shankara, a premium Ayurvedic skincare brand distributed in luxury spas, wellness centers, and retailers worldwide. With over 30 years in the beauty industry, she has been a driving force in sustainability, championing eco-friendly business practices and guiding companies toward more impactful environmental solutions.
A sought-after speaker, Gina's career includes a notable engagement at the United Nations, where she addressed women from 150+ nations on beauty, empowerment, and cultural change while at Revlon. Her expertise spans wellness, sustainability, and corporate culture.
Beyond her professional achievements, Gina is dedicated to service, volunteering as a Guardian ad Litem in Florida to advocate for children's welfare. She continues to educate herself in child advocacy and spirituality. Gina lives with her husband and daughter, who inspire her daily. Her ultimate goal is to leave a lasting, positive impact on the world.
As a founding member of Shankara Naturals, Ashish Pandya has been instrumental in shaping its global expansion and commitment to Ayurvedic wellness since 2002. Under his leadership, Shankara has grown to serve over 27 countries. A pioneer in blending ancient Ayurvedic knowledge with modern science, he has fostered a culture of education and innovation within the company.
Ashish co-authored Unveiling Health, Happiness, and Longevity: A Primer on Ayurveda (2024), providing readers with practical tools for a vibrant life. His academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering from M.S. University, India, and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering with a focus on AI from Texas Tech University.
Beyond Shankara, Ashish has been a faculty member and program director at the Art of Living Foundation since 2001, impacting over 150,000 individuals through workshops and retreats. His contributions to philanthropy and wellness earned him The Innovate Award for Most Philanthropic Work from the International Spa Association.
A devoted father and avid tennis enthusiast, Ashish continues to drive innovation, well-being, and social impact, guided by his mentor, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
With over three decades in Ayurveda, Judith Bourgeois has played a pivotal role in shaping Shankara’s spa treatments and product formulations. As an Ayurvedic technician and a founding team member, she has been instrumental in ensuring the brand’s offerings remain true to their Ayurvedic roots while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficacy.
Judith’s expertise in holistic wellness and natural skincare makes her a valued educator, sharing her knowledge through workshops and training programs. Her ability to bridge traditional Ayurvedic principles with modern skincare science has made a lasting impact on practitioners and customers alike.

Revathi Raghavan is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with nearly 12 years of experience. She is also a Marma Chikitsa Trainer and a Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation Instructor with the Art of Living Foundation. As an Ayurveda Educator, she conducts various Ayurvedic workshops, including Dinacharya (Ayurvedic self-care/daily routine), Skin and Beauty, Cooking and Nutrition, Herbs and Spices, Home Remedies, and Women's Health. She has trained over 600 Marma practitioners across the US.
Revathi serves as a faculty member at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy in Milpitas, California, and is a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). She holds a Master's degree in Mass Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
Based in California, she consults and offers therapies at her practice. In her leisure time, Revathi enjoys singing, dancing, creating artwork, hiking, cooking, and photography.
Vd. Kumar Bathala, AP, E-RYT 200, LMT is an Ayurvedic Practitioner based in Austin, TX. He is a graduate of the Ayurvedic Practitioner program from Kerala Ayurveda Academy, where he is also currently completing the Ayurvedic Doctor program. Kumar received his Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Assessment) training with renowned Vaidyas at the Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru and has apprenticed with established Ayurvedic Vaidyas from various parts of India and the US.
Kumar's passion for Ayurveda and Yoga stems from his deep interest in holistic health and wellness—encompassing both body and mind. His background uniquely blends science, technology, Sanskrit, Yoga, and Ayurveda. In addition to his Ayurvedic practice, Kumar teaches Yoga and Meditation programs through the Art of Living Foundation and Sri Sri School of Yoga. Kumar is passionate about teaching Ayurveda and tutors students in Ayurvedic Studies Programs across various platforms.
Anuradha Gupta (she/her), AD is a NAMACB-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic Doctor, trained at Kerala Ayurveda, USA. She currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member, Content Specialist, and Academic Mentor at Kerala Ayurveda, USA, alongside managing her own practice, Ayurvedic Footprints. Anu holds an MBA, MMS (BEngr), and is a certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher (200 HYT).
A prolific writer, Anu contributes extensively to Kerala Ayurveda and the Art of Living. She co-authored the book Unveiling Health, Happiness, and Longevity: A Primer on Ayurveda with Ashish Pandya, VP of Education at Shankara.
Anu is a passionate advocate for social justice and the LGBTQ+ community. She served on NAMA’s DEI Committee and is the President of the PFLAG Danville-San Ramon Valley chapter. As a panelist at the Advanced Panel on Trauma at the NAMA 2023 Conference, she shared her insights on trauma care in Ayurveda. Her Ayurvedic Doctoral research at Kerala Ayurveda, USA, focused on Establishing Culturally Competent Best Practices for LGBTQ+ Health Care in Ayurveda, which she presented at the GLMA (Health Professionals Advancing LGBTQ+ Equity) and NAMA Annual Conferences in 2024.
Anu is a dynamic academic and speaker, having conducted numerous seminars on diverse Ayurvedic topics for various organizations and associations.
