  • Can I add one-time products to my order?

    Yes, you can add one-time products to your subscription order during checkout. However, these items will only be included in that specific shipment and will not be added to future deliveries.

  • Can I add other subscription products to my order?

    Absolutely! You can add multiple subscription products to your order, each with its own delivery schedule. Manage all your subscriptions from your account dashboard for added convenience.

  • How can I update my shipping or billing address on my order?

    To update your shipping or billing address, log in to your Shankara account, navigate to the “My Subscriptions” section, and select the subscription you wish to update. Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect.

  • When will my card be charged?

    Your card will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle, based on your selected delivery frequency. You’ll receive a confirmation email each time a payment is processed.

  • Can I use a discount code on my subscription order?

    Subscription orders are already discounted, so additional discount codes cannot be applied. However, you can still use discount codes for one-time purchases.

  • Can I return a subscription order?

    Yes, subscription orders can be returned in accordance with our return policy. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for detailed instructions.

  • What happens if a product is out of stock?

    If a product in your subscription becomes temporarily unavailable, you will be notified via email. Your next delivery will be shipped as soon as the product is back in stock, and you will not be charged until the order is processed.
