Simple Night Ritual for World Sleep Day

1. Warm a few drops of Calming Body Oil or Nourishing Foot Oil.
2. Massage the soles of your feet slowly.
3. Practice 10 minutes of Yoga Nidra. (link)
4. Turn off bright lights.
5. Sleep before 10:30 pm if possible.
